Link Your Facebook Fan Page to Twitter

Many people already know they can link their Twitter updates with their Facebook status updates – whenever you post a Tweet on Twitter it also updates your Facebook status. This can be a great time saver – you can update two social media sites for the price of one.
But what about your Facebook page?
If you have a Facebook fan page for your business you may be adding unique content to the page to encourage people to become fans and thus increase their connection with you. To spread the word, you’ll want to let everyone know about new content.
This is where Facebook’s new feature comes in. By going to www.Facebook.com/twitter while you are logged into your Facebook account, you’ll be able to easily set up your Facebook page(s) to automatically publish to Twitter.
If you already have your status updates linked to Twitter you’ll just need to select which fan page you want connected. You’ll be taken to a Twitter page asking you to confirm that you want to link your Facebook page with Twitter.
Then simply check the box beside the items you want published to Twitter: status updates, links, photos, notes, events or everything.
Once you’re done, whenever you add something new to your page it will automatically be sent out via Twitter.
If you have multiple Fan pages you can link all of them, even using different Twitter accounts.
This is a simple and easy way to increase your reach without increasing your workload.

Great post. Question. Can you have a separate twitter account being updated for multiple fan pages? I have my profile page which gets updated but I have other fan pages that I run that I’d like to also update the different twitter accounts. Any ideas?

Nice post because the app doesn’t appear in one’s applications list (at least for me it doesn’t) so if I close it at the top of my fan page, how would you get it back?
Can you have your tweets update your fan page but not your profile?
can you link your twitter so it updates you fan page. I’ve got it set for my FB to update my twitter, but I’d also like it the other way around… Or does it not dot hat cause it would cause a crazy endless loop?

Hello, yeah I recently found out they have this new feature.
But I have a question do they have a importing facebook status(not page but profile) to twitter.
Or in case if not, may be possible update fan page status with the facebook profile status?
Cause i didn’t find if there is any feature update page status with twitter updates

Such a simple solution to do this. I looked at several other sites on linking our fan page to Twitter and they really went into alot of unnecessary trouble to do this Thanks for posting this solution that literally took me 10 seconds to complete.

This page on the Facebook page is no longer working….or maybe it is because I admin 2 pages? I see that one is linked to one of our company twitter accounts and Id like the other fan page to link to its corresponding twitter account….but the page just gives me the spinning beach ball of death and never progresses through the link.
Is it because you can only link 1 page to 1 twitter account, and not 2 pages to 2 different twitter accounts……or is Facebook being glitchy?
When I go to the facebook.com/twitter page while being logged into my fan page, it tells me that i have to set up a personal page. I’m confused… Am I doing something wrong, or did they change everything again so that now you can’t link a fan page to twitter just a personal page? -thx. -Dr. David
