Great piece!  I think many times people undervalue services because they don&#039;t understand the process and expertise that underlies them.  Your article was helpful in that it educates your client, which I think makes him/her more likely to see the value of the service and ideally contract with you!

The equivalent of the clip art example in my line of work is the self-created online survey.  Online surveys are very easy to create and deploy but without the understanding of research methods and statistical analysis, you will probably not get the full bang for your buck.  Even worse, you may get very misleading results that could potentially send your business down the wrong track.
