So true. I’ve always felt uncomfortable with networking groups that keep out competitors. I don’t worry about competition. If you know what you do best and who your ideal client is, you don’t have competition. It’s rare that two businesses have exactly the same ideal client.

Great article! I keep telling my business networking partners that there’s more to gain by letting the “competition” in than to try to keep them out. Some are beginning to see the light.

For one thing, if one positions oneself the right way, there’s really no competition.
