		<description>Interesting reading.  I notice you do not mention hashtags anywhere in your post. What are your views on the best way to use hashtags? I feel they are probably one of the most important ways to get your posts noticed and was surprised you did not offer advice on best use.</description>

		<description>One other tip I would offer is to establish your OWN IDENTITY.  It&#039;s easy to get lost in the Twitter crowd but if you stand out for something--people will gravitate to you more as you continue to create value and substance.</description>
